Gluten is a group of naturally occurring proteins found in certain grains – particularly wheat, barley, and rye. For most people, gluten is completely safe. But for those with Celiac Disease or sensitivities, avoiding gluten is essential for their health and well-being.
Gluten-free beer is beer made without wheat, barley, or rye.
Yes! We are a 100% dedicated brewery, meaning we only make gluten-free beer.
Holidaily is a great choice for people with celiac disease, gluten sensitivities, those avoiding gluten for health or wellness reasons, or anyone seeking a delicious craft beer experience!
The difference comes down to ingredients, process, and safety for people with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities. Gluten-reduced beer starts with traditional barley, wheat or rye (with gluten) and reduces it with an enzyme, not eliminates it. Holidaily’s beer is made with alternative gluten-free grains from the beginning and is 100% certified gluten-free. It is safe for celiacs and those with gluten sensitivities to drink.
It depends on the brewery! At Holidaily, we use carefully malted alternative grains like millet and buckwheat, and brew using the same craft techniques as traditional breweries. The result is a delicious gluten-free beer that tastes like real beer, because it is!
We don’t offer cash sponsorships and are extremely limited in what we can donate. Please contact info@holidailybrewing.com with your specific request.
