The Grandfather of Holidaily Brewing Company Founder, Karen Hertz, called her his Favorite Blonde. He was a small town optometrist and the design of the can is in honor of him.

AROMA:

Light malty aroma, subtle hints of lemon, and light hop notes.

APPEARANCE:

Clear golden color.

FLAVOR:

Smooth malty sweetness, with a light hop bitterness.

MOUTHFEEL:

Medium body with a smooth, clean finish.

GRAIN BILL:

Millet malt and buckwheat malt.
