A “traditional” Wit style beer is named in reference to the white color of the beer. When made with gluten containing ingredients, wheat is a primary part of the grain bill. Because Holidaily uses only gluten-free ingredients, a play on the use of Buckwheat as an alternative grain led to the name of BuckWit Belgian.
Hints of orange peel and coriander.
A white, belgian haze.
Light and refreshing with a mix of coriander and orange peel.
Medium to heavy body iwth a smooth, clean finish.
Multiple varieties of millet malt and buckwheat malt.
A blend of hops, including Mandarina Bavaria and Willamette.
