Favorite Blonde Ale

The Grandfather of Holidaily Brewing Company Founder, Karen Hertz, called her his Favorite Blonde. He was a small town optometrist and the design of the can is in honor of him.

  • A.B.V. 5% / I.B.U. 20
    Aroma: Light malty aroma, subtle hints of lemon, low fruity hop notes.
    Appearance: Clear golden color.
    Flavor: Smooth malty sweetness, with a light hop bitterness.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium body with a smooth, clean finish.
    Grain Bill: Multiple roasts of millet malt and buckwheat malt.
    Hop Bill: A blend of hops including Bravo, Cascade, and Centennial.

Fat Randy’s IPA

The best friend of Holidaily Founder’s husband, Fat Randy is a Colorado guy through and through. Not fat, though called Fat Randy for more 20 years, Holidaily wanted to give the guy a break and name a beer after him. Fat Randy’s IPA comes complete with a label designed after an epic ski fall you can watch on YouTube.

    Aroma: Strong forward notes of citrus, melon, and flora. Background hints of malty sweetness.
    Appearance: A medium gold with a dry, hop-induced haziness.
    Flavor: Complex floral and citrus hop notes, with a smooth, malty finish.

    Grain Bill: A combination of roasts of millet malt and buckwheat malt.

BuckWit Belgian

SPRING SEASONAL
A “traditional” Wit style beer is named in reference to the white color of the beer. When made with gluten containing ingredients, wheat is a primary part of the grain bill. Because Holidaily uses only gluten-free ingredients, a play on the use of Buckwheat as an alternative grain led to the name of BuckWit Belgian.

    Aroma: Hints of orange peel and coriander.
    Appearance: A white, Belgian haze.
    Flavor: Light and refreshing with a mix of coriander and orange peel.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium to heavy body with a smooth, clean finish.

    Hop Bill: A blend of hops,
    including Bravo and Willamette.

Riva Stout

Riva the Bernese Mountain Dog was named after a ski run at Vail Resort called Riva Ridge. One of the originaltrails and the longest single run on Vail Mountain, it was named by a Vail founder who was a member of the 10th Mountain Division for the battle they fought in the Italian Apennines during World War II. The design is a nod to the run as well as the history behind
the name.

    Appearance: A dark stout.
    Flavor: Rich flavors of coffee and dark chocolate.

    Hop Bill: A blend of hops, including Bravo and Willamette.

Patchy Waters

FALL SEASONAL
Patchy Waters is the name of a beloved family sailboat that has carried many memories, from early summer to late autumn every year. Drift into the change of seasons with a smooth pumpkin ale brewed with organic pumpkin
and a blend of fall spices.

    Aroma: Pumpkin pie with cinnamon, allspice nutmeg, clove, and spicy ginger, followed by a malt aroma.
    Appearance: Bright amber color.
    Flavor: Fall spices and pumpkin.
  • Mouthfeel: Medium body with a cool and refreshing finish.
    Grain Bill: Toasted millet malt, buckwheat malt.
    Hop Bill: A blend of bittering hops.

Beulah Red Ale®

WINTER SEASONAL
Beulah Red Marble, quarried in Beulah, Colorado, is so rare that all the known marble was used in the Colorado capitol building. With color reminiscent of a mountain sunset, Beulah Red Ale has toasted malt characteristics, notes of caramel, and a subtle floral hop aroma.

    Appearance: Dark, rich red.
    Flavor: Fall spices and pumpkin.
