Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MUST BE 21 OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
These Official Rules govern the Holidaily Brewing Company “Golden Ticket Giveaway”.
1. Sponsor
Holidaily Brewing Company 801 Brickyard Circle Golden Unit B, CO 80403
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its distributors, retailers, advertising agencies, and immediate family/household members of each are not eligible. Voids where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins March 1, 2026 at 12:00am Mountain Time (“MT”) and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59pm MT, or when all prizes have been claimed, whichever occurs first.
4. How to Enter
A. Golden Ticket Entry (Random Chance)
During the Promotion Period, specially marked 4-packs and 6-packs of Holidaily Brewing Company beer will be distributed for retail sale in:
Colorado, Washington, Oregon, California, Texas, Arizona, Wyoming, Utah, Minnesota, Montana, Idaho, Kansas, and Missouri.
25 packages will contain a Golden Ticket. Finding a Golden Ticket constitutes entry. Sponsor is not responsible for damaged, late, lost, or incomplete Golden Tickets.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your name, age, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3”×5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

AMOE entries must be postmarked by July 15, 2026 and received by July 25, 2026. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method.
AMOE entries will be included in a random drawing for a Golden Ticket.
5. Prize
Each Golden Ticket or AMOE winner will receive:
- One (1) Holidaily 10-Year Anniversary Commemorative Glass
- One (1) Holidaily Anniversary Headband
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $20.
No cash alternative. No transfer, refund or substitution of the Prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor retains the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value for any reason.
6. Winner Determination
Golden Tickets are randomly inserted into select 4 packs and 6 packs prior to distribution. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all information submitted by all people claiming a Golden Ticket. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Prize winners shall forfeit the Prize if the Prize is not redeemed by August 15, 2026.
AMOE entries will be included in a random drawing on or about August 1, 2026.
7. How to Redeem
To claim a prize, winners must:
- Take a clear photo of the Golden Ticket showing the unique number printed on it.
- Email the photo along with:
- The winner’s full name
- The winner’s full mailing address
- Send to: info@holidailybrewing.com
All redemption submissions must be received by August 15, 2026.
Sponsor may require proof of age and identity. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Be bound by these Official Rules
- Release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, distributors, retailers, and advertising partners from any liability arising from participation or prize use
- Allow Sponsor to use winner’s name, city, likeness, and submitted photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise its integrity.
The Prize winners also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize offered, or participation in this Promotion.
The decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished or made available in connection with the Promotion.
Although Sponsor attempts to ensure the integrity of the Promotion, Sponsor is not responsible for the actions of entrants or other individuals in connection with the Promotion, including other individuals’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by reason of damage by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical limitations or failures, strikes, industry conditions, bankruptcy or liquidation, marketplace demands, applicable law, unforeseen obstacles, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt, compromise, undermine, or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, viability, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to modify these Official Rules and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend all or any part of the Promotion, and/or to select a winner from among all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, as applicable. All taxes (including without limitation federal, state and local taxes) in connection with the Prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable by these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Headings and captions are used in these Official Rules solely for convenience of reference and shall not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision hereof.
9. Alcohol Responsibility Notice
Please enjoy Holidaily Brewing Company products responsibly. Alcohol is not included as a prize.
10. Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Privacy
Information collected will be used solely for administration of this Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.
12. Winners List: To request confirmation of the name and address of the Prize Winners, please send a self-addressed, stamped business size envelope, after August 16, 2026 to: Holidaily Brewing Company, 801 Brickyard Circle Unit B Golden, CO 80403. Requests for the Winners List must be received by October 1, 2026. Washington and Vermont residents may omit return postage.

Sweepstakes Administrator: Sponsor is responsible for overseeing the awarding of the Prize and whose decisions will be considered final in all matters related to this promotion, is administering this Promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to Sponsor.
